To complete the return procedure correctly, the product must be returned complete, intact and unused.
A complete product means an item returned with all original elements included in the order, such as the original packaging or box, dust bag, labels, tags, accessories and any other component received with the product.
A return may be considered non-compliant if one or more original elements are missing, or if the item does not meet the conditions set out in our Return Policy.
In the event of a non-compliant return, Rene Caovilla reserves the right to refuse the return. In this case, no refund will be issued.
If the return is assessed as non-compliant, our Customer Service team will contact you to inform you of the outcome of the inspection and request your response. If we do not receive a reply within 7 business days, the product will be shipped back to the same address associated with the order.

This procedure applies exclusively to returned items that, following inspection, are found not to comply with the return conditions. If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team before proceeding with the return.
