We are only authorized to refund to the credit card that was originally used for payment.
If the credit card you used for payment has expired or been blocked but you have a new card issued by the same financial institution, the refund will still come to your new credit card account, even though the number is different.
If, however, you no longer have an account with that financial institution, please contact the bank directly to verify the details of your outstanding repayment. Generally, the financial institution will issue a physical check to reimburse you for the full amount. We recommend that you provide a valid mailing address to the financial institution if necessary.
