If your order has been delivered and you notice that some items are missing, please contact us via the appropriate button below.
You will need to provide us with the following information in order to launch an investigation with the courier company:
- general photos of the package (if possible, from different angles)
- photos of the contents
- details about the delivery method
- details about the condition of the package at the time of delivery
Please also keep hold of everything you received, including the cardboard box, until the investigation with the courier is complete.
