If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days from the date that your order was received.
You can request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) in one of two ways:
- if you are a registered user: log in to the "Orders" section of your account. Locate the order that contains the product(s) you would like to return, click on ""Return Product"" and follow the steps.
- if you are not registered: log in to the "Return Authorization" section, available here.
