Once your return has been received at our warehouse and the required quality checks have been completed, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been issued.
For orders cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed within 3 business days from the cancellation confirmation.
The timeframes indicated apply only to returns that comply with our Return Policy. If the returned product is found to have been used, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise does not comply with our Return Policy, the refund may be refused following the necessary quality inspections.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, any taxes and customs duties cannot be refunded by Rene Caovilla. We recommend contacting your local Customs Office to verify how these charges may be reclaimed.
The refund will always be issued using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.
Credit Card
The refund will be credited back to the same card used for payment. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank.
PayPal
The refund will appear in your PayPal account within 48 hours of receiving the refund confirmation email.
Cash on Delivery
The refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank account you provide. The crediting time depends on your bank.
